Generally, it takes only three main steps to make it:

1. Create a PanSpy account

In order to receive and get easy access to the login credentials, we recommend you to use an authentic email address to sign up PanSpy. Of course, to activate all features on monitored device, you may consider to upgrade to our Ultimate subscription. Please check our pricing plan and choose your preferable one.

2. Verify iCloud account

After successfully create a PanSpy account, you need to follow the Setup Wizard to finish the following setup process. To identify the owner of the target device, you need to provide necessary information including your child's name and age. And of course, you must select the operating system running on the target device since the following settings are different between Android and iOS device. Click on the iOS icon to proceed. On the next page you need to enter the Apple ID and password which signed in on target iPhone (iPad) and click "Verify".

Please note that all iCloud syncing services and iCloud backup are needed to be enabled on target iPhone or iPad.

3. View monitored data

After finished the setup process and verified the iCloud account, you need to turn back to your computer (or device) to view the monitored data. You can always access the data on our dashboard or using the control panel app (The app download link would be sent to your registration Email or you can find it on the setup wizard page as well). For the first time you enter the dashboard or control panel, it takes some time to sync all data from monitored device. All supported features are listed on the panel so that you can click each category to view the data. And you should be noted that PanSpy will fail to sync newest data if the monitored device is powered off or disconnected to the internet.
